Red Rock Kia Service was great! They were knowledgeable, kind, and completed the services in the most timely of manner. I will be bringing my Kia back here for this quality of care.

They were helpful, friendly and I got a same day apt. I was happy for that and it was quick. Only thing I should say is that the person who answered the phone gave me a different quote for the service, so hopefully they can make sure they know what each vehicle needs before any monetary surprises. Nobody likes that. However it was an overall good experience and I would go back for sure.

Originally we just wanted to test drive a similar vehicle to one we found online in a different city. The salesman here quickly figured out it was not the best fit for us and suggested a different model that was more along the lines of what we were looking for. I never thought we would buy a brand new vehicle, but Kia made it happen. They found the perfect car for us and got it within our budget. They never once tried to push anything on us we didn't need and were exceeding patient with us as we got over the "new car anxiety" hurdle. I'm glad we stopped by and got exceptional, non-pushy, customer oriented service.

Jared helped me out today and i left with a beautiful new car, very helpful and nice, definitely recommend coming to talk to him if you want a new car !
