My experience here was great, Jarrod is a great salesman. He kept checking on everything and making sure it was squared away. Got everything I wanted and they worked with me on payments/financials!

I give a really big shout out to garrod my sales person and to jesse my used Vehicle manager, I got to work with them in person , they gave me the opportunity to purchase my used vehicle without having to have a co-signer, I got to do everything in person without havingg to wait for hours , They both were very patient with me , if I could give them both more stars I would, Thank you so much , I would keep going back to Redrock kia , They both made me so happy ,Cant wait to drive my used vehicle home , im so happy with kia , this sale was so easy , thank you so much Jarrod, you will see us again

Jody asked what we were looking for we gave him our ideas and he went to work to find us our dream vehicle which we purchased that day...Katia did our financing which was fast and easy.

In for a service appt, the service desk let us know up front that if they addressed all four of our recall issues that it would be five hours. We chose to have the service done at this visit. And try another time for the recalls. We do live in Montrose, so getting there isn't very convenient. We really like our 2024 Telluride tho.
