Had an incredible experience with the service department at Red Rock Kia! From the moment I pulled in, the service advisors were welcoming, attentive, and extremely professional. They kept me updated throughout the entire visit, finished the work right on time, and didn’t push any unnecessary add-ons. My car drives great, and the whole process was seamless. 10/10 recommend them for maintenance or repairs!

We purchased a new car. I worked with Dustie. She was great. She gave prompt service without suffocating me. I got exactly what I wanted. It was delivered to my home and the driver went over all the features with me. It’s been a great experience so far. Hopefully service after the sale will be just as good.

We experienced car problems while visiting the area from Kansas. Even with a full schedule Leon was able to fit us in and make a diagnosis. Unfortunately the needed part was 3-5 days out. We had a hard deadline to be back in KS so we left our Sorento with Red Rock KIA and made arrangements to get home. Leon kept us informed of the progress with our 3rd party warranty and repairs. He worked with us in keeping the vehicle until my brother could pick it up. He tells me it’s running great. We will be happy to get it back this weekend. We are grateful to Leon for working with us on our travel issues and for making a correct diagnosis.
