Brittany did an outstanding job making sure we understood everything as she used layman's terms that were easily understood, making the entire process from diagnosis to payment streamlined. She made sure we understood the diagnosis, what did and did not need attention while clearly explaining the various aspects of it, and the appropriate costs along the way.

Worked with us to keep the vehicle for a.m. extended period when we are out of town and couldn’t pick the vehicle up.

We called about a vehicle we were interested in. Had them look into financing prior to coming in. Once that was one we went in, looked at the vehicle. Decided we liked it. The deal was done quickly without pressure or trying to put us in something we didnt want. This is our second time pur having with red rock and we are alway happy with them

The steering column had to be replaced. So far so good. I’ll let you know if I detect any problems with it.

I gave it a4 star rating because. I made an appointment for a recall they didn't have the part to do the job. I will have to come back when they receive the part. No big deal. Kia has always taken care of my car. Thank you Red Rock Kia. ✌️
