We live on the front range and found a car online we were very interested in buying, so my parents went to help us look at it from afar. From the initial call, Herb took such great care of us! He helped make sure we had everything we needed and kept us informed throughout the buying process. He even took the time to drive the vehicle down to Montrose to my parents house for us. Amazing customer service from all and Herb absolutely went above and beyond to help us get our dream car!

Always helping me with fixing my little blue soul. No matter if I'm just getting parts or having them fix her up. Friendly smiles when you walk through the doors.

I contacted service technician Leon by phone to get my car in for service. He got me in the same day as requested. Leon is very accommodating and professional. Leon is my preferred associate as he is super easy to work with and always takes good care of me every time I come in. 10 out of 10 service!

The people were friendly and helpful to a degree. We were traveling and oil change was due and they were able to get us in and out pretty quick. However I was close to 8,000 mi which the 8,000 mi maintenance would have been an oil change and tire rotation. However they did not mention that and recommend it to me. Which I probably would have gotten done so that it was all one and done at the time. If you're traveling through Grand Junction and you just need a quick oil change they will get you out in and out quick.
