The Service Department at Red Rock Kia continues to provide me with excellent and timely care. I have been purchasing their multipack oil change option and they always get the job done quickly and efficiently. Even better, by doing the oil changes at the dealership they can check for recalls and any other minor service items needed at the time of the oil change - saving me time.

Nice people and my appointment didn’t take near as long as I thought it was going to. I was very pleased, Especially that they finally found the nail in my tire and fixed it

I love this dealership! They are so thoughtful and courteous. It is such a pleasure to come for service at Red Rock KIA. Even though we have to travel two hours over Douglass Pass from Rangely it is worth the drive.

While the wait was longer than promised, the waiting room is pleasant and the employees are very kind and congenial.

We purchased our 2024 Kia Telluride X-Line from Red Rock Kia after it had been traded in by friends of ours, so we already knew the vehicle was in excellent condition with very low mileage. We finalized the deal over the phone with Dustie, who was courteous and professional throughout the process, and Kecia, who had all the paperwork prepared and ready to go, making the purchase smooth and easy. The only minor issue we encountered was with the detailing before pickup. The vehicle appeared to have been vacuumed and washed, but it may have been left outside afterward, as it had some dust and rain spots, and the instrument panel could have used a bit more attention. Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend Red Rock Kia to anyone looking for a Kia.

After making an appointment for regular maintenance including full service oil change, tire rotation, and multi point inspection, I arrived a few minutes early, and service advisor, Leon, took my car in and the crew got right on it. It wasn't long until Leon said the car was finished and then he went over everything with me that was done. He walked me out to my car and sent me on my way. What a great place and service department and service advisor, Leon. A grand place to do business.
