The service department got us in quickly and got the oil changed just like that. They were nice and professional and took care of one other issue with our automatic clock change that we couldn’t figure out. All good, very pleased.

We had a great experience buying our car through Red Rock Kia and continue to see excellent customer service and care through their service department. The staff is friendly, thorough, and responsive.
People are friendly and helpful. Prices are too high. Around 200$ for a diagnosis but their fix would have been twice as much as my local mechanic, who is not cheap by any means
