The team at Red Rock has been helpful and easy to talk to. They have made every effort to make "car buying" as seamless as possible.

Our car went into "limp mode" 10 miles south of Moab on Saturday July 18, we had it towed back into Moab. I called the Kia dealership immediately, but it was too late on Saturday to talk to someone. Right away Monday morning I called Kia in Grand Junction and explained my situation to Leon and he recommended that we have the vehicle towed to that dealership. Tuesday morning the 21st the car was dropped to the dealership. Leon was ready and waiting, he was excellent to work with. The diagnostics that I had done in Moab came back with a code for "rod knock"..engine replacement.(code P1326) Leon told us that the computer had some kind of a "glitch" that shut down the engine to protect it from nothing. (My words) Leon and his team had the computer problem resolved and we were on our way. The next morning as we were leaving our hotel to head home the car was hesitant and chugging. We went back to the dealership Leon had everything checked out, they could find no problems, so we left and drove home to Kentucky with no further problems. Leon should be "employee of the year", not just employee of the month. He did assure us that we would be reimbursed for the towing expenses since our problem could only be resolved at a Kia dealership. (Still waiting for the reimbursement).
