They went above and beyond.

The service counter staff were kind and informative. I brought my car in to the GJ dealership from 90 miles away where I live and was erroneously informed when I made the appointment that Loaner cars were available. This was not true. What was disturbing is that the staff knew this was going on through their call center and said The management team Has been informed yetnever made the correction for their dealership location The other weird thing is the vehicle appointment was made due to a recall on the airbag restraint system. They knew why I was coming in And I was traveling an hour and a half to get there However, they didn't have the parts to fix the recall problem. This also was a huge inconvenience because I have to return for this 2 to 3 hour procedure to fix it, and lose another day of work.

Taylor was amazing! We showed up at 5pm and he got us into the two cars we wanted to test drive. Got us financing and lease information quickly for the exact car we wanted. Was a pleasure to work with on our trade in and throughout the entire transaction. I could not recommend him and Kia Grand Junction anymore. We are so happy!

My grandson had a job done at RR Kia. An electrical issue. RR did the job for 1/4 of the estimate we got at a repair shop in Montrose. When he left he realized that the radio didn't work. Took the car back 2 months later and RR fixed it for NO cost. Amazing service. Thanks RR Kia!!!!!

The sale's rep, Alex, was great to work with. He made sure to work with me and place an order for the exact model I was looking for when they did not have it in stock on the lot.
