I am so pleased with my experience purchasing my newest vehicle from Kia! I originally stopped by on a completely random night, right before closing, just to look at a couple of vehicles I was interested in. When I arrived, they were already in the process of closing up, but Alex didn’t hesitate to ask what I wanted to see. He was more than happy to let me look inside the vehicles and even went back in to grab the keys so I could get a better look. What really stood out to me was that he never rushed me or made me feel pressured. He was extremely patient and friendly, even though I honestly didn’t want to keep him there late. I was simply trying to compare the size and space between a couple of different models. We exchanged numbers, and he never pushed a sale on me. The next morning, I decided I was ready to see what it would look like to actually get into the vehicle I had my eye on and Alex made it happen! He was quick, friendly, helpful, and made the entire process so much easier than I expected. I would recommend Kia and Alex a million times over! If you’re looking for someone who is patient, genuinely helpful, and not pushy, I definitely recommend asking for Alex. I’m so happy with my new vehicle and the experience I had purchasing it!

Always thank you for taking care of our KIA. Another great service on 9/17/2026 at Red Rock Kia in Grand Junction we did brakes all around and a passenger side half shaft. Im always pleased with the service I get with Leon and his team thank you so much! On July 10th 2026 performed regular maintenance with multi- point inspection, gonna be setting up a couple service jobs before next oil change. Always great service performed by Leon and the whole sevice team at Red Rock KIA grand junction, thank you . We had an issue with starting, they quickly diagnosed ( battery was the issue) they quickly replaced it. We were treated with respect, professionalism and the family friendly atmosphere is always present. Thank you to the service dept and dealership. Our experience was one of the most professional and friendliness purchases we have ever had. This is our 3rd KIA , we love our new Telluride!
